Established in March 2019, Deer Ridge Training was set up by its founders Carol Pender and Scott Kincaid. Working within the hospitality sector as consultants and training provider.
Through a wealth of experience and knowledge of the sector the team at Deer Ridge have supported our clients in the hospitality sector through some of the most challenging times.
We are a training centre for the Royal Environmental Health Institute for Scotland, (REHIS), Highfield Qualifications and NUCO Training.
In 2020 we entered the care sector providing training by our qualified professional tutors with lived experience in the sector. Providing training nationwide to agencies and multinational companies.
Deer Ridge Training consider itself a responsible employer working with colleagues, staff and external contractors to provide a fair and respectful workplace.
