Deer Ridge Training Terms and Conditions

Below are details about Deer Ridge Training terms and conditions relating to training courses we can carry out on your premises or workplace. Please read all the below conditions and if you have any questions, contact us through the telephone numbers on this website. All the below terms and condition are related to all training courses on this website and any others we can offer your business. Remember that we cover all central Scotland and the Yorkshire area of England with training courses in Mental Health First Aid, Health and Safety and Hospitality.

All courses booked MUST be paid for a minimum of 7 days prior to the commencement of the course.

Courses booked with less than 7 days to commencement MUST be paid for in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy

Courses cancelled by the delegate or representative7 days from commencement will be rescheduled at a later date/venue or be subject to a 25% cancellation charge.

Courses cancelled by the delegate or their representative less than 7 days but not more than 48 hours from commencement shall incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the total fee.

Courses cancelled by the delegate or their representative who fail to attend on the day of the course are subject to no refund or rescheduling.

Courses cancelled by Deer Ridge Training will be subject to a full cancellation refund or the course rescheduled to a future agreeable date.
